My question is why would you want 160cc sticks if your not gonna utilize their full potential?

my understanding is that he just wants to be able to pass his inspection with the stock tuning. if not, hell be running it on full-bore once he gets a lil taste of the power! you, i, and many others know that one all too well!
How often do you go through inspection? I mean I cant understand why after putting bigger sticks in you'd have to go get inspected. Irregardless, you could run the AD injects which are factoryy units that are about 140cc. They're pretty friendly units. I believe Tim used to run them.

Sorry this is hard to understand. I guess you have never lived in Germany. The laws here make as much sense as pulling a horse trailer with a BMW wagon(which they do). I have to be inspected every year and if they dont like me for some odd reason(they dont like any Americans) they can find some way to keep me from re-registering my truck. I only need something to get through the inspection then like said before it's all game. I want the biggiest ones I can with out getting in trouble when I go for inspection every year.
casey, No matter how big injector you go, with stock programming, it will run stock. Unless you go to an injector with larger nozzles.
Bottom line is like Duck said, with a stock setting on a chip, unless you go with "larger" custom nozzles you will not have any smoke (example: Stage I injectors use standard nozzles = no smoke /// Stage II injectors use a "larger" custom nozzle = smoke. Both Stage I & Stage II injectors are 160 cc).
