I'm about to start tackling this install tomorrow. Anyone who's done this install have any tips? All I've done so far is mount the switch between the two overhead map lights.
This is for the rear window? My advice, free of charge, is to always check the amount of debris in the bed before opening the rear window while the truck is in motion, especially at highway speeds.
Had a slider in my old Nissan and debris would always find its way inside the cabin when on the freeway. Ebay is where I got the whole kit but it didn't have any instructions. Any advice, anyone on install?
No, did not take any pics as mosquito's where eating me alive. Straight forward install but leave your truck parked out in the sunlight for a few hours before starting. The heat will help make taking out the original glass much easier. The business that sold it to me, sent me instruction in PDF file format but two days after install. If anyone is interested in this PDF, I can forward the email.
