hello everyone i am having a problem with my rear air the front works well but the blower in the rear dont i checked and there is no power to the motor the relay at the aux unit is ok all fuses are good dont know what the problem is need some help
Make sure if you are attempting to turn on the blower from the rear that the front dash rear blower fan control is set to Rear Control. Otherwise the rear switch won't work.
Check the relays coil voltage when the switch is on if you get 12 volts continue. Most relays have a diagram imprinted on them that tells you which connectors are the coil and which are the contacts.
Check between the switching contacts for 12 volts. Connect your meters ground probe to an unpainted metal surface or find a ground wire somewhere.
First check with the relay off you should read 12 volts on one switching terminal now engage the relay and you should read 12 volts on both terminals.
If the relay is fine check the blower motor resistor if it is burn't out it could cause the blower to spin very slowly on some speeds. Check the resistive coils if any are broken replace the assembly.
If all else fails run a continuity test on the blower motors wires and the supply wires supplying the motor to find the break.
My Aero doesn't have Rear A/C so I'm working on your info for some troubleshooting procedures.

The click that you hear is the solenoid that operates the refrigerant valve opening and closing.
That click is not the relay not only could it be the solenoid valve for the refrigerant is could also be the compressor clutch. To check the relay properly remove it and jumper its coil leads accross your battery you should hear a click. If so the relay is fine and continue reading.
Its time to check the supply wires for the motor. If the relay is getting coil voltage and its switching contacts are working as well this is the only thing left to check.
Turn the engine on. With the fan switch for the rear off. Try a jumper wire from the positive relay switching terminal that is live to the fan if it runs then you have a broken positive wire from the relay to the fan.
Now turn on the rear blower from the switch and perform the following test.
Do the same for the ground lead however connect the other end of this wire to an unpainted clean piece of metal on the body. If the fan runs after this test then you have a bad ground.
