V10 heads

A guy I know said he has a craked head for whatever reason. I told him I would post here to see if anyone had any ideas on where to get a good set of heads. Not sure what he wants to do, maybe aluminums or something. Or are the stoke heads good enough, and where to get for good price. Thanks!

Stock heads ARE aluminum.

eBay, or local junkyards, or Ford.

I didn't know stock heads are aluminum, I don't own a v10 and no one told me otherwise but thanks for the info
