how much fluid
I just installed a mag-hytec trans pan and a tru cool cooler, I did not drain my T/C. How much trans fluid will I need to fill it up?

I believe that pan holds three extra quarts. I think 8 or 9 quarts ought to do it if nothing else was drained.

I recently dropped my pan and replaced the VB. I used the stock pan and it took around 8 quarts to refill.

EIGHT quarts over stock??? Dang -- that's bigger than I remembered it being. Maybe I was thinking of the MagHytec Diff cover??
