I've been having the same stalling issue on my 2002 F350 with an HID kit, for the past year. It is really annoying, so annoying in fact, that I ordered some non-HID bulbs to put back into my truck earlier today, and now I see this thread..

I'll see if it works for me as well..

if you want to filter out the spikes out of your supply lines, get a capacitor in supply line to the ballasts..100uF/25v since its on a 12v line, that will filter out the spikes, if its not helping mych try to go highte or lower with the cap size, cause you would have to see which frequency the spike is.
anyways, this is the problem on aftermarket ballasts, they are not shielded properly and make lots of RF nois....
