sun pro gas gauge
I have an sun pro gas gauge and iam trying to get it to worck in my 1975 ford f100 i hook everthing up and it reads full when i no its not. i was wonder if any one can tell me how to hook it up right.

Did you replace the sender also? Many aftermarket gauges require a matched sender (or at least a sender of the correct impedance range) and will reference it in their catalogue or literature.

Sunpro actually lists two fuel gauges in most catalogs. One uses the FORD sender (has to be special ordered by most parts stores) and one uses the CHEVY sender (often stocked by many parts stores). You have two options, return the gauge and order the correct one, or replace the sender with one that the gauge likes.
