I won't take pills of any kind because of a hangover for that very reason.

If I earned it, I'm gonna wear it till it wears off.

And yes, it does get worse with age. I use to be able to go on a 3 day bender and have no ill effects. Now I tie a good one on and it takes 3 days to recover.........growing up sucks.

I think you have it backwards. Aspirin may cause bleeding of the stomach or thinning of the blood if you take too much. It is the ingredient in tylenol (acetominophen) that will mess up your liver.

From drugs.com

Avoid drinking alcohol while you are taking aspirin. Alcohol may increase your risk of stomach bleeding.
Avoid alcohol during treatment with Tylenol. Together, alcohol and Tylenol can be damaging to the liver.
Or you can avoid the risk altogether by just not using anything with your alcohol - except maybe some Coke or 7-Up or something.

"I used to drink for pleasure, now I drink for pain"---Have bad back, knee, and hip problems. Drink about 12 oz of 80 proof every evening. My bottles are warm cause I keep them on the kitchen counter, so I'm constantly adding ice to my insulated cup. Probably drink more ice than anything, but no hangovers.

Yeah tylenol can mess up your liver all on its own and its way worse when coupled with alcohol so I'd avoid tylenol at all costs. I don't even keep tylenol in my house anymore because of this.

Same here I usually drink about 2 bottles of water before crashing, and another bottle or two in the morning. No hangovers to date since I've been doing that...
