2 servings of spaggettie noodles
1 roasted chicken breast (our stores roast whole chickens so that saves lots of time)
1 table spoon of butter, yes the real stuff that is good and fatting yum :d
1/8 teaspoon of oregano leaves
1/8 teaspoon of tastefully simple spinach & herb mix ( or maybe just baby spinch cut up)
boil noodles till done to ur likeing then run them under cold water to stop cooking and drain them
cut the chicken breast up
get pan hot on stove top and melt butter and mix in herbs
add noodles and chicken just to reheat them
perrty easy which is good and only have to clean two pans and a bowl lol
broccilli might be good in it two...just add it in pan as noodles r cookin and add little water to cook it untill done to ur likeing
and maybe little peppers...sounds good too lol
Bowtie pasta
Broccolli
Butter
Parmesean Cheese
Heavy Cream
All you really need to do is boil the water, and cook the broccolli until soft. Mash it up real good, and in a bowl, drop in some butter, the noodles, some cheese and the smushed up broccolli. Throw in a little heavy cream (not really too necessary I don't think) and mix it all together. I like to add a dash of garlic powder, since it's simple enough too.
Sorry for no measurements...I just try stuff till it works, and this one is good. It's nice hot for dinner, or cold for a summer dinner on the patio. Kind of like another alfredo dish.
If you make white sauce from scratch though, try som Asiago cheese. Did that last weekend and it turned out great.

...Add some sun dried tomatoes, and some ricotta cheese, mix in a little virgin olive oil (the real stuff... you know, from really ugly trees. lol), and simmer it all together and you got a great dish.
Have you tried frying up a steak cut into small cubes in olive oil with peppers, onions, mushrooms and garlic. boil up some rice, broccoli, corn. Almost any veggie comb works. This is what everyone here loves.
Mix everything together in one pot or bowl even the juices from the frying pan.
We even have poor man stroganoff. Egg noodles with dinty moore over it add in some garlic. Some times substatuted for the cheaper store brand beef stew.
My personal favorite is and may sound wierd. mix some itilian bread crumbs with parmagia shake cheese and garlic. Take thawed chicken breast put a thin layer of mayo on all sides. Then bread the chicken with the mixings bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
With six kids and all thier activities sometimes it's hard to do a proper meal, but these are pretty quick. I reserve Saturday and Sunday for my big home cooked meals. Wife isn't the best cook in the world unless it is microwavable. Her words not mine. But she is getting much better at cooking. I guess I am teaching her well.
Well ifa you wanta mexicana dinner, trya puttin' some butter on quesidilla bread, fry some shredded chees on it, put on a top piece, wait 'til she fries together and walah, a good 'ol dinner.
