If you can wake up an hour before you need to be up and take some advil with a gatorade and go back to sleep. When you get up eat a good breakfast and you should be good to go.
A hangover is your brain being dehydrated because the alcohol displaced the water in it (at least partially). So you need to get water in there. What Beerstalker said below is usually how I deal with it and it seems to work better for me than anything else.

Aside from that, next time chug a couple glasses of water before you go to bed, if you can, and that will help keep you from getting the hang over to begin with.
I only get hangovers from hard stuff, never beer. For that reason I tend to only drink beer. When I do decide to torment myself I down a couple glasses of water before I go to bed and have another big glass waiting for me when I get up. It works for me cause when I drink I pee a lot so everytime I go whizz, I drink another glass of water.

The worst hangover, to me, is the one that starts before you even go to bed. 1fastcavi has it right. A hangover is just part of the game. If your gonna play hard be ready to play all 4 quarters. I have learned that the older you get the looooooooonger the 4 quarter is tho.
Water and those powdered Emergen-C packets. I take them with me usually if I'm going out and know I'll be drinking a lot. They do wonders if you drink a bunch of water and take one or two of them before bed. B-vitamins seem to help too.
