my 60 was 100 bucks out of the junkyard, but everything on it was good and tight, just repacked bearings, changed oil and greased everything, im still running the same wheelbearings and kingpins to this day....

Course now i dont even like to think how much money i have in it, chromo axles, joints, gears, e-locker, cover etc etc

Ive seen a front and a rear set of rockwells go for as little as 500 bucks many times, usually you only need 200 bucks or so to freshen them up, 300 or so to put a detroit in the front, weld the rear , couple hundred for pinion brakes(offroad only)

You have to look, REALLY hard. $900-1200 is more normal... But 800 isn't uncommon.
