I found a milling guide a few years back using google. It demonstrated how much to take off where in reguards to what work was done to each component. I am searching for it now. I'll post back with it when I find it. I do know that it is better to mill the heads intake flange, for lack of better words, so you can swap out the intake later on if needed without milling that as well.

on 90 degree engines like the 460 they recommend taking off the same amount from teh intake as you take off the block and heads combined so the intake should be .035 off, or take that amount off the intake side of the heads (my preference because the heads will always need some removed but the intake might get moved to another engine. But personally I would mock up the engine and set the heads down and check the port alignment if you can. otherwise that is the general rule for these engines.
