CPS Change
The CPS (cam position sensor) is a small electronic device that does as the name suggests, It keeps track of the position of the camshaft since there is not a distributor on the engine.
It is located on the front of the engine block right by the water pump. If you were to be under the truck looking up, there is a small gold colored piece of metal that looks like a timing reference mark (it may be for all I know). There is a 2 (?) wire electrical quick disconnect that attaches to the plastic body of the CPS.
The folks on this web site will not make you feel stupid for any question (or at least if they do, I haven't seen it).
