Fuel bowl element

Can anybody tell me the difference between fuel bowl setups. My F250 has a production of 5/98. The reason I ask is that I have tried to replace mine, and upon removing the lid on the fuel bowl, I found that the element is permanetly attached to it. I can't see any reference to this kind, unless it is some type of aftermarket thing. Would like to change it, but all I have found is the NAPA 3518 type. Thanks for the help.

That is an after market filter, I think carquest's version has the lid attached there are several though.

Aftermarket element

I thought as much, how hard is it to find/replace the lid, so I can use the a NAPA type? Hopefully not just a stealership item.
