ok point taken, now dont get me wrong cause i'm not try'ing to argue with you! but the one's i was talking about was block hugger's(tight fit) which are'nt much longer than stock mani, dont ya think they whould work? + the build your own kit any one with minimum cutting +welding skill's should be able to pull it off . but that's just my opinion + ya know what they say about those! i'm just try'in to throw idea's out there. i meen that is what these site's are for, to get other's input + use what sound's right for you. i got alot to learn i know , that's why i love this site
i agree, if someone feels they can tackle a header build great. as for the hug headers no they will not work due to the collector location in regards to our rear sump oil pans, most cars hotrods run the front sump setups. still a good site with good products. we need to have options thats for sure especially cheap ones. something else i noticed is they didnt say what the header flange thickness was. with headers this is very important to keep them from warping. a 3/8s flange or more is needed.

i agree, but most hot rods run a chevy motor + they'r rear sump, but thats a whole nuther can-o-worms,but like i said i dont know 4 wheelers thats why i am here , to learn, on my headers i like to eliminate the flange + use the wrap around stainless steel clamps, + yes cheap price is great but cheap parts are not,+ thanks for not taking me the wrong way sometimes i come across sounding like i think i know more than i do! trust me thats not my intention! ,my philosify is the day i stop learning is the day i die. take care + dont get burned
Yea i dont have a tig welder. A mig would be sloppy. Id rather buy them and put them in. Even tho im sure its going to be fun trying to put the headers in place, and even taking the stock manifolds off without breaking the studs. Il have to wait. I just got my rear main seal fixed and they said it had a pretty deep grove in it so they said that it should be fixed, but its leaking again I cant win
