Hey people,
I'm looking for a set of front coil springs for my quad shocked 1990 Bronco. I am trying to get at least a 1 1/2 to a 2 inch lift.
My truck is lower in the front than the back. I know Moog makes these springs, or so I heard. If any one can help me out with a part #, or a distributor, that would be great.
Thanks
Dave
Rough Country makes a 1.5" leveling coil for 1980-1996 broncos. I think they are about $130 a set.
JC Whitney has a set of 1.5"-2" leveing coils which come with a set of off-center caster/camber bushings, so your steering alignment can be returned to stock. These are $165.98 and part # 94EL4169WF.
Personally, i would go with JC Whitney... Hope this helps. Tell us how it turns out.
I put the JC whitney springs on my rig but tossed the camber adjusters and let an alignment shop do it(they used 2 degree shims I think). The springs needed 6 mos to 1 year to settle in and therefore required a 2nd alignment. The springs from JcWhitney were factory direct from Superlift. I also added one leaf spring in the rear pack. Run 33" BFG MTs with no problem and no rubbing. This is a very inexpensive way to lift 1-2" and anyone can do it in a coupla hours
