I think that they do, but only if you have a 77.5. There was a frame difference between pre-80,000 and post 80,000. Check to see if your frame flares before it contacts the bumper, or simply measure the width between the frame rails at the bumper. I think it's 34'' for pre-80,000 and 38'' for post 80,000. Also the springs on the 150 may be 2.5'' springs. If that's the case then forget it. Measure these two widths and if it lines up I'd say try it.
The Ford Parts Catalog only shows one rear spring for all the 1975/79 F150 4WD's. The catalog makes no serial number or date change reference for 1975 thru 1979 F150 4WD's.
