ye swe caught the guy down the road ( myself, cop friend and witness). He tried to make it out like it was my fault. Anyway as for pics no I did not take any and have already began dissassembling the front end. We did look at the 08 conv and Monsta you were correct , way to much work involved. I am going to be doing the 05 as suggested. I am just glad my truck was lifted. It could have been worse for the X if was not lifted. Also I don't think the guy was an idiot driver just was not paying attention in an area he is not familiar with . Accidents do and will happen. As for insurance that is another issue. It was a rented truck so now it is one insurnce after another. I told them to try and rush the claim if at all possible. Of coarse that was a we will do our best sir. Whatever, called Allstate and went thorugh my own. I'll let them deal with the other insurance company of the Ryder truck. I am just hoping that the old paint and new paint do not show too much of a difference.
Can anyone give me some ideas and places to look for soem aftermarket bumpers for my X. Since my bumper needs to be replaced I would like to go with something that gives my truck more of an agressive look up front with more clearance also. I checked out hell bent and waiting on a call back. Thanks!
What about ranchand? They sell them brand new on ebay for $700 and its a $1,300 bumper. Mind you the guy that sells them on ebay is an ebay store and he always is selling these ranchs hands for that price.
