Hey there Youngin, (Just had to say that) You better slow down, don't want to get into wrenchitis and suffer a burnout. Even though you'r in Why-0-me, those Chebbies will rust out so let them go. The Fords and the ****** are worth getting ahold of, just to have if for no other reason.
Unless your parental unit has kicked you out on your own or they are total Gearheads, you kinda have to please them, they have ways of getting back at you.

Ask questions and read the posts. Remember you'r never too young to learn and we're old enough to forget.

You make me laugh. I was the same way, instead of dragging home puppies and pleading with mom if I could keep them I was dragging home cars and motorcycles and what not and trying to find places to keep them.

I hate trying to make the choice of which one to keep and which one to sacrifice. Depending on your finances I would say keep the ones that are the easiest to make driveable (that way when the parental units get tired of it and want it all gone its easier to move them out.....lol)

Sounds like fun

Talking plans for the future

well i will probaly go and get the 63 ford when i get done with my 59, it's spose to have a 460 that ran when parked about 20 years ago so who knows. then my dad might go get the 63 ****** wagon to biuld himself a mountian outfit. when i get done with these then maybe ill check on one of the chevys or the other jeeps. then when i feel im up for a challenge i can and pull one of the numerous oldies that is smashed in the crik bank.

Many years ago I lived in a rural town in the Berkshire hill of Massachusetts. A neighbor's son was 15 and liked hit and miss engines and had started looking at old steam engines and boilers. I came home from work one day and the son and his dad were unloading the latest acquisition, an old horizontally fired steam tube boiler off a heavy duty flatbed (notmally used to haul heavy equipment). These boilers look like old locomotive boilers and were hauled into the woods to set up portable sawmills. They rolled on great big iron wheels. They were pulling it up the driveway with an 8N tractor and the tractor was working. The 15 year old's mom was along side the road watching the whole operation. I stoped and said "Irene, something new?" Her comment was "some mothers have kids that collect stamps!" Note at that time he had about 30 hit and miss engines including one that ran an operating shingle mill. What fun is just one little project!

Well if u run into any 51 or 52 fords let me know. I know just where to put them. I have a friend who has a football sized buiding which I can keep old trucks in. All I had to do was help out with the high school girls basketball team. He is a great friend and his daughter is a pretty darn good player so I win both ways.

Its great to see and hear that the Next Generation is Ford TOUGH. I wish I've start storing all the Trucks that came by during my life. The wife thinks its a addiction, I believe its a cure!

I've got a mid 80's and a 78 bronco I want to sell. The wife says I've maxed out, so I need to sell one to get one. I've got 2 lined up but I'm stuck for now. Meanwhile the dozen I do have are collecting rust. I'm hopelessly addicted.
