Tow Haul mode problem

That is strange, the 04 6.0L Deisel Supplement shows it on the dash cluster by the oil temp gauge (the 03 one doesn't talk about tow/haul at all). Were they all trucks, because I don't think the 03, 04 vans had it?

I have an 04 F350 drw w/5spdod and the light is in the dash, not shift lever. My switch has quit working and this thread search gave me insight on how & what to fix. Thanks guys for the help! Although I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express last night, I couldn't have tackled this problem without your help!

Chk fuse 24 and 34 .
then you need to chk that your brake lights are working .the brake pedal switch is in the circuit.Also the vss sensor and oss are part of that circuit also .
but you have no light on the dash so I would think that a fuse is blown or a broken wire in the steering column.
