Had a hamburger patty which for once here tasted like real beef with fies. Lunch was a chicken fred stake that was actually quite good. I'm looking forward to getting some real vegetables though

Sauerkraut, bologna, cheese and mashed potatoes baked....Liver was done with sauteed onions, marinated in soyu, oysters and mirin. The liver was served over steamed rice.
Had barbecue ribs(actually preety good) macaroni and cheese, green beans. Just wish I could get these guys to understand I don't eat all my food in one big pile in the middle of the plate and I don't eat that big a portion.
