Prepping for tomorrow:

Chicken quartered, marinated with: olive oil, lime juice, cilantro, garlic, salt, pepper, anaheim chili, pinapple juice and vinegar.

Will be grilled on the BBQ and served with refried beans, tortillas, guacamole, sopa and Strawberry/cream cheese empanadas.

All can be washed down with a glass of Sangria!

While redundant, I'm stickin with the NyQuil cocktail tonight...It's not a good substitute for food, but the nearly immediate coma it will put me in hopefully will be filled with dreams of a decent dinner.

oops, Ialready married her a long time ago. Usually I do all the cooking but, I have been down for a while and she has......er.......picked up the slack? The boys are really hoping I get better soon, they want to eat. And the blood sugar has not gone below 400 in a while and we keep adding insulin but it is comming down really slow. So even if she could cook I couldn't eat it. By the way, Tonights feast was an attempt to imersonate chicken soup. With no seasoning or vegitables. I have all kinds of cookbooks from the 1800's to present that cover all kinds of foods including one I have been writing for years (off and on), and I know she can read?????

Ok I am better now
