I had the same problem about 2 months ago, and I changed the same O2 sensor, went from having a P1151 code, to having P1151 and P1131, and it did no good. Mine turned out to be the isolator bolts and gaskets for the upper intake. I ended up changing that O2 sensor, the Mass Air Flow sensor, the Idle Air Control, 2 different Fuel Filters, and 2 different Air filters, and a lot of time in the great outdoors in 10 degree whether, and it all ended up being 8 special bolts, 6 port gaskets, and the plenum gasket. No promises, but might be something to look at. Good luck
To answer your question, look in the dirvers side wheel well. It is located just behind the exhaust manifold in the pipe.
I would first inspect the pcv hose assembly. The elbows are know to get soft and crack causing a vacuum leak as well as cleaning the MAF before replacing the O2 sensor. It is saying that it is running leaner then the O2 sensor can adjust for.
