I need help resolving the P1151 Code. Does anyone know what O2 sensor this is? or could it be something else?

It also sounds like I have a vacuum Leak I just can't tell which hose. Does any one have a diagram with the names of the hoses and maybe know how I can tell which hose is leaking

What you need is a 2-foot or so piece of hose. Place one end to your ear and move the other end around in the engine bay. Using the hose narrows your hearing down to a small area and will help you pinpoint the leak fairly easy.

It may not be your hoses, it may be the rubber grommet around your power brake booster vacuum. But yes it could be a vacuum hose, particularly the one going to the EVAP purge valve on the firewall above your brake booster to the engine manifold. This can be replaced with a 3/8" or 7/16" piece of fuel line. Make it a couple inches longer than the distance, you need the 'S' shape for engine movement and the way the preformed one kinda went. Wear gloves, its a nasty hose to remove.
What happens is you replace all those vacuum hoses only to find its that grommet that is torn where it seats in the canister. The Autozone part is 80189 and I believe its $6, you get the grommet (the smaller one is yours) and the valve (which doesnt' hurt to replace). Check it first, all you have to do is pull it out and look. Be very careful pulling the grommet out if yours is torn that you don't lose the other end in the booster.
