Cage offroad?

I will be receivig my new ride tommorrow ('05 f350 CC HD) and I decided for now that I will put a leveling kit on it with some 35" tires. I will eventually go down the road of a full suspension kit around 4.5" or 6". For now though, I think i may just go with some spring spacers to level it out. I know that I will need new shocks if I go with spacers already. My question is that the Cage offroad system seems like it only comes with the spacers, what do I do with brake lines? I've heard that I just cut the zip tie and reroute them possibly? Also, I've heard conflicting results with the stock track bar and the axle not being centered. Also whether I need alignment bushings or not. Some say the truck is better after the lift and no alignment bushings others say they cant even drive it. I just want some final opinions as I have done a lot of searching with no definitive answers. Lastly, if I do need an alignment, can the alignment shop provide their own alignment bushings? or will I need the ones like some of the kits come with? Thanks....

There was a guy who got a set Bilstien shocks that come with a adjustable spacer...now he needs to chime in. Anyways its the 5100 series I beleave and they are a complete leveling kit with shocks but you might have to contact Bilstein and find out the part number since its fairly new and may not be listed on there website.

I wish I did know more. The guy is a genius with early Bronco lifts and arms. The theory is the same on the 05 and up stuff but I don't know anybody first hand that has his SD stuff.

I have a Cage Offroad setup, but I have the leaf spring setup. So far I am very pleased with my kit. It rides a little bit rougher than stock, but with you having the coil suspension I think it'll be the same as stock. Tires will also influence how it rides as well.

I could tell you how mine was, but it's 2 different worlds between ours. I didn't have to move anything. The stock brake lines were long enough, track bar and sway bar didn't have any issues.

For the alignment, you'll just have to drive it and see. If it's bad, you might have to get their bushings. I doubt an alignment shop will have exactly what you need, but you won't know till you go there.
