That would make sense. It spins but doesn't apparently do anything and I was reading in someones post where someone mentioned adjusting the IAC so i started wondering if that was some type of adjuster.

The IAC is 100% computer controlled. You can clean it when it's dirty and replace it when it gets flaky, but that's about it.
The IAC is the Idle Air Control solenoid and valve assembly on the driver's side of the throttle body and mprice is right, there is no adjustment for it.
