I agree bilsteins as well here. I had 5100's on my lifted truck and now i am running the stock-height bilsteins. They ride great for me. $250 for the set of four on ebay.

Update on the shock topic. I bought a set of Monroe sensa tracs at the local Napa last weekend. Took about 1 hour start to finish to put them on. I read that removing the wheel helps , but I found that turning the wheel either far left or far right is sufficient enough. As far as the shocks I removed (Rancho's): toasted. Left front shock: I could push down with my pinky. Front right shock would not rebound after pushing it down and rears had absolutely no dampening effect to them. I was inspecting the writing on the old rancho's and I found "Motorcraft" stamped on them. I d not have the FX4 package so how did these end up on my truck. I'm starting to wonder if thes have been on the truck for the entire 165,000 miles. Hmm.
The ride with the new shocks is awesome! The truck has a "tighter" feeling to it becuase it doesnt rock as much when slowspeed turning. So, now I officially have a completely new front axle, having done the wheel bearings, all the seals, u-joints, crosslink bar, powersteering gearbox, all new powersteering lines, draglink, balljoints and that is all I can think of right now. All done over the past year. Slowly I brought the truck back up to par.
I will have Ranchos for sale very soon! Cheap. Send private message if interested. Rancho's ride alot better than stock. There are also on the newer FX4 packages.
