What other mods do you have planned?

A 3.5" dp is enough for most people. So unless you are doing some really heavy mods, you should be just fine.

3.5" downpipe is perfectly fine, especially if you're still running the stock turbo.

The 3.5" will be fine for your setup. In fact, you may see more midrange power than with a 4" DP from some of the findings I've read. Bigger turbo or injectors and I would say a 4" may be necessary. But, I think the H2E (definately more flow than stock) uses a 3.5" DP.
