Just search for High Idle Mod.
You can do it two ways. The PTO circuit or the BPC Battery Protection circuit.
Each has it's own advantages.

i need higher than 1300RPM and the ability to set an RPM would be useful.

Then the PTO would be the route to go.
The BPC is an auto RPM adjustment based on power needs.
The PTO can be set with a resistor.
