Just to get your attention.......WE SUCK IN THE DIESEL FORUM!!!...
I just thought I'd offer some context on this that new folks might not realize or have enough exposure to the forum to take it in perspective. I know that you were referring to the specific issue of rep points, Steve, and probably do not feel the same way about the site in general.
I believe that you'll agree with me on this, Steve.... In spite of this small weakness in the FTE forums, the site as a whole is completely awesome and significantly better than what I've seen elsewhere... especially the GM/Chevy forums that almost seem completely desolate in comparison. With folks improving the handing out of rep points as a small token of appreciation and recognition, the site can't help but continue to blow all the others out of the water.

And i said "we".....(which includes me).....
I just picked on the diesel forum because I was using a specific member as an illustration (I'm sure there are plenty of others deserving recognition)....and the diesel forum(s) are awesome BECAUSE of guys like amiller93.
forget the rep points Alan, come by the house and I'll give you BEER. Oh, and lunch is on me next time. Glad to have finally met up w/ you and the other guys. Lets do it again.

AND if any of you make it down to Panama City give me a shout. Won't be here much longer (going back to Texas soon), but it **IS** Spring Break down here right now...
Yeah, those are some pretty nice diagrams. Someone must have put some work into those.
I'm in my travel mode for a few more days, and haven't had time to catch up on loose ends. I meant to post to reconfirm that those are your pics, but I did have to reformat several to get them to upload so I could post them. Now, if I could only understand them.
