Hey, I noticed that my trans guage was reading around 125 Degrees today. Its usually 100 degrees or lower. Is this my temp guage breaking in cuz its a couple months old or is something messing up with my tranny. O and also, Today at my school, My teacher has the Auto Enginutity System on his lap top and a OBO II hook up. We were just curious to see if the ol Powerstroke would hook up and sure enough. That system is amazing, it told me from my oil temp, to how many RPM my turbo was spinning at an idle. It was awesome. Im defenatly going to get a laptop now and that system. I think it would be perfect for someone whos into pulling. You can monitor Several different things at once. Really worth the money i think. But hey please help my with my question about the trans. Thanks
The turbo was about 250-300 RPM it was moving around alot so i couldnt get a steady number. Yesterday it was almost 70 degrees, which is alot warmer than it was when i first got the guages and since then yesterday was the first warm day. My buddys Explorer ran out of gas so i pulled him to the gas station. He was a smart u know wut and he had his foot on the brake he said for some time. I could tell. That brought my trans to a little less than 150 degrees. But today i noticed it was around 125 all day. I wish i had my guages before winter so i could get a reading when it was warmer outside. But like i said it was December when they were installed and this is the very first warm week.
What was the PID name
There is an input and output rpm on the trans that i think has "Turbine" in the name but its been a while since i looked at those.
I cant remember the name, I think that your rite about the trans. I remember it was by the trans settings. I was just foolin around with it looking at Various Information.
