Stock housing - 3" sewer coupling, 3" pvc cap, air fitting, gauge. Someone has a pic of it in their galley but I cant remember who. Look at dieselsite's and you'll see how to build it.

pressureize to 20 -30 lbs and watch for pressure drops and listen for leaks

Also a spray bottle of ivory liquid and water can help pinpoint a leak

You can take a very little bit of soap, and mix with water. Fill a little eye drop bottle half full. Shake it and lightly spray the bubbles on your suspected leaks or any area you think could leak. If the bubbles die off fast there is your leak. If you spray just the soapy water without the bubbles, the area should make bubbles. This is a home made version of leak-tec. Maybe it will help isolate your leak.

Not sure how I missed this. Since this all started after the ww was installed I have to think up pipes near the seals are not fully tightened. It is very important to make sure after taking off your turbo to tighten everything down good. You might think it's tight enough but then sure enough it's not. Double check that. With an increase in boost your are going to see and increase in EGT's, it's normal. When you downshift on the grade you will see higher EGT's because you are asking for more fuel when you hit the throttle to get back the momentum to make it up the hill. Right before the shift, hit the OD button and this will help with your egt's. Thinner air will only make egt's higher not colder air. Did you have the turbo balanced after the WW was put on the turbo? Jody recommends this.

If you have not called Jody, give him a call first of the week to see if he can think of anything else.

Thanks,

Diane
