84-168 FOOT POUNDS!? Holy crap. My lugnuts aren't that tight!

I cannot remember the exact figure (someone else will) but it is in inch pounds.

1 foot pound is 12 inch pounds
10 is 120

the plugs call for 14 foot pounds or 168 inch pounds MAX torque

155 to 160 INCH POUNDS is usually good enough

AutoZone carries Motorcraft. AGSF22WM is SP-479

I cannot find any of the parts numbers for my truck listed on RockAuto.com. Is this the right part number for my truck (2001 V10):

MOTORCRAFT Part # SP479
.054 Gap

Cost for 10: $23.70

I did get the replacement plugs for 99 V10,while in Florida a year ago.They are Part# SP-479 and the number on the plug is AGSF22WM.I have been putting them off because of all the problems I have read about the number of threads in the heads and about the spark plug blow out..I have made two trips to Florida and one trip to the East coast with the motorhome.There is 49,000 miles on the engine right now.I have an emission test coming up in October,so I think I should get them changed for it.So I guess "Get Er Done" is on the list of things to do..
