Just a FYI... there is no performance gain from anything bigger then 4" turbo back... Not knocking anyone... hell I run duals, but there is no performance gain from anything bigger then 4".

Even at that point there is nothing to gain, unless you are shooting massive amounts of Nos... Dockboy is running a 4" system... Lukecline is running a 4" downpipe but I dont know whats from there back... Snow white is running a 4" system... abet a little shorter then most...
I was really eyeballing the 5", but everybody I talked to said it really wasn't a factor until 500HP+, something I'm not going to do. Plus, they seem to mostly be in aluminized, and I wanted SS, so I went with the 4" SS MBRP from Thoroghbred. $480 with a nice SS tip shipped to my door. Will be here Monday or Tuesday. The "citydriving" clip sold me: http://guzzle.rbmicro.com/mbrp.html
I really love the old hot rod style sound & whistle!!
The 5" systems come with a 4" downpipe. I really don't think they have a 5" downpipe. There for thats where I guess the performance stays the same from the 4" to 5" system differance, since they all have 4" downpipes. Am I right or wrong here?
Finished installing my 5" MKO system last night, and yes, it uses a 4" downpipe. It took a bit longer for me and a buddy to do it than most people here had said it took them, though I suspect they might be rounding down on their install time . All told it took us about 4 hours, though neither of us had ever dealt with that turbo clamp before, so didn't even really know it worked, and that held us up.
I think the instructions that came with the kit were a bit lacking, but I was amazed at how well the system fit within the confines of the rear sway bar, shock, spare tire, and ultimately provided a good exit position. I installed the muffler "backwards" and really like the sound. Not too loud at idle but still lots of turbo whistle and plenty of rumble when driving.
As many have said before, this tank of fuel is gonna go fast

Not me... I have my receipt from the Auto Craft Center on base showing two hours from pulling into the lift bay to pulling out. I did have to mess with the turbo clamp for a couple minutes too though...
