exhaust
well i found a kit in rpm outlet and its a 4in with a muffler but i will take the muffler off and run straight pipe. Rite now i have the stock size pipe with no mufffler or cat, will I be able to tell a difference is performance and sound with this and would it be worth the money its $250 plus 50 to ship

I have a '01 1 ton power stoke and i love my 4" off the turbo. Just haveing the exhaust ireally opens the power plus the sounds just kicks. I also have a intake kit from summit and bully dog 6 postion clip runs great with a extra 100 horse and blowing black.

2 different prices
Be careful which one you order. He has 2 different 5 inch systems and they are identical, except for the price and shipping. One has a high sale price with $25 shipping and one has lower price with $65 shipping. With no muffler both have $25 discount but one ends up costing more than the other...Do the math and enjoy the sound..

I would look into the MKO exhaust mentioned above. I did a search on RPM Outlet and was surprised to see all the negative comments from there customers. I haven't purchased from them but I would suggest doing a search here on FTE and your own through another search engine. I believe my search was for there moto blue 5" SS exhaust. A lot of negative feedback.

get the 5" mko.alot of us run it and love it..if your worried about them rusting.. clean with solvent and paint with black stove paint .good for 1200* of heat.. I did last October and still looks new..
