my 2005 cc f250 swb v10 4x4 has always had bump steer. i replaced stock steering stabilizer with a rancho, waste of money,took to dealer had tsb done to tighten steering box, it helped a little.then i lifted it with a rough country 3 inch suspension lift with 4 hecthorne shocks,35 bfg mud terrains bump steering alot worsedrove truck almost 2years ths way. just replaced shocks with bilsteins 5100 extended lengths guess what 85% of bump steer gone truck now drives like a lincoln ok i fudge a little but greatly enhanced driving both on and off road. i also installed a skyjacker dual steering stabilizer guess what no more bump steer nada 0 none i purchased all my stuff from jack it $103 for ss $80 a peice for the bilsteins i shouold have done this a long time ago this is the best money i have spent on my sd and i think it will correct any sd that has this problem now all i need is that superchips 1815 tuner

If you only replaced the steering stabilizer and left the stock shocks, that's probably the problem.
With my '01, I put on the stabilizer first, got a LITTLE better, but when I put the Rancho 9000x shocks on it, all the bump steer was gone.
Both the stabilizer and front shocks on these SD's are pretty wimpy from the factory.
