I put Gibson Shorties on my 03 F-150. Stainless steel. It took me most of Saturday and a couple hours Sunday. Putting the front of the truck on jack stands and removing the tires and inner fender wells makes the job a lot easier. I had to remove the starter and drop the front drive shaft. Also had to loosen engine mounts and jack motor up. Had to remove studs that held on exhaust manifolds. Kit comes with bolts. I had to remove oil dipstick tube and bend it a little when I put it back in. EGR tube had to be bent a little also. Found it easier to remove or loosen EGR tube where it connects up by throttle body. It's not a fun job, but a good learning experience. Ford doesn't like to leave any free space in the engine compartment, anymore.
