Wire extra power point to upfitter switch

I would like to wire an extra power point to one of the upfitter switches and have a few questions not being electrically inclined.
30amp or 10amp, does it matter for a power point, mainly to be used as a cell phone charger?
There is only one wire coming from each switch. How do you hook this one wire to a power point or whatever accessory that has 2 wires?

10 Amp should be fine for a phone charger. The single wire will be the power. The second wire on your outlet goes to a good ground on the frame or body. You'll see a couple of bolts in the frame behind the dash with usually black fires going to them.

10 amp should be good for cell phone or the like. Power wire from switch to powerpoint. Ground wire from powerpoint to ground on truck. Done Ground on truck should be just about any metal part of the structure you can install a screw.
