Hey Mike, I had no idea. I am truthfully sorry, as I have dealt with enough of it myself this month. My strength becomes yours to get through this ordeal as my prayers are with you and yours. Hopeful for a fortunate outcome. Eager to have you back. Take care of yourself and we will be here when you arrive.

Talking

Come on up over the 4th of July newbeeee1 and I'll show what Salmon and Halibut fishing is all about. After 3 or 4 hours to get yer 12 silvers for the day, Than we spend the rest of it getting you your 2 Halibut (40 to 300+ pounds) and yer one King for the day. Than we pull the crab and shrimp pots on the way in and boil them up and eat and drink till ya puke or pass out.

Think about a 200+ pound Halibut loose on the deck. It can brake a mans legs and beat him to death. Or a 60+ pound Ling cod chasing ya around with a mouth and temperament of a Barracuda Lizzie. I've seen Guy's shoot a hole or two in there boat trying to stop a Halibut from beating it apart. Come on up. It'll be FUN. HAAAA

How cold is the water? What if I just jump over the side and beat him to death once y'all get him hooked?

That won't be necessary John. I stick a shark hook in there face with about 30 feet of line and a large buoy. So if I shoot the leader off she wont get away. If it's a really big one I just put the shark hook in her and cut the leader. She will drown herself in a short time trying to get back to the bottom. Than ya run over to where the buoy pops up and bring her aboard or tow her in if ya are in one of the skiff's. When I get them on board I tie them head to tail to keep them from flopping around. Man I can hardly wait. Ya still planing on comming up John?

I want to, but does the ferry bring me across any Canadian border patrols? I'm really not supposed to leave state without permission but I figure a week couldn't hurt. I hear it takes three days to get there by ferry anyways. I cannot drive through the border.

It stops at Prince Rupert John. But just stay on board Till ya change boats in Ketchikan. To the Inner Island Ferry. That brings ya to Hollis. Than drive the 100 miles up the Island to my place. Ya never touch Canadian soil. Ya really don't need your truck as you can load everything on the Ferry Carts and I can pick ya up. Ya can use one of my rigs to run around and explore the Island if ya want. Man it costs a small fortune to bring a rig up here. Unless ya plan to sell it here to buy some dirt to build on cuz ya can't afford to get back home. HAAAA Call the Alaska Marine Hwy Sys and let me know what ya decide. You can prolly fly up to K Town cheaper than bringing yer truck. And it gives ya more days to play.

Yes it's an Island, Drive to Prince Rupert and Ferry to Ketchikan. Than change Ferry's to Hollis on Prince of Whales. Drive a 100 miles north to Whale Pass and stop at my place at the Snoose Creek Bridge. We'll leave a light on for ya.

Thanks All

The Oncologist does not feel that the tumor is malignant, nor is it near the Pituatary Gland!...We are very happy, though there are still further tests.

Flintergal and I want to thank all for the supporting posts.
