Funny you posted this poll. I ran into a situation where I was ordering something for my truck.
Choices were:
Full size crewcab long bed
&
Full size crewcab short bed
I have the 6 3/4 bed so I checked the shortbed option. Got the product and it did not fit. Checked the company's website again and found a small button for other. One of the options under other was:
Full Size crewcab standard bed??????
SO I was wondering what a "Short Bed" on a one ton truck would be.

I ended up with a 8ft bed. I was thinking of getting the short bed, but the place where I bought my truck only had the long beds. Glad I got it though, it's already come in handy more times than I can count. Plus the wife and I play a game "will it fit in this parking spot"
