just happen to have a SB. if i lived out west then id maybe have the LB,DRW,CC.
roads are narrow here, parking spots are small. CC, SB just worked out better. and i wanted to be able to carry more poeple comfortably rather then more stuff in the bed.
Dooh the crewcabs are the same size in a LB or SB .
Sorry, you are clearly of the female persuasion and we are talking about truck beds here. I would have thought with your military background (although you are retired so maybe halfhiemers has kicked in) you would have understood the question . . .
8 foot. I have a regular cab,so it was my only choice anyway. I probably would go with a long be enven with an extended cab because I like to have a toolbox in the bed and still have enough usable space behind the box.
Nope, your the duh, he is talking about getting a longer truck if he lived out West. The SB w/ a CC, is shorter than a LB w/ CC. READ IT AGAIN!!l
Wow your smart .

I dont know about where you guys live but here in florida every middle aged guy with or without some company's logo plastered on the side has the same stupid CC SB diesel with 2-4 inch lift and 35" tires on big rims. They are nice trucks but they are just so common. That's why I bought the regular cab long bed. I wanted the max hauling capacity, and it still has the short wheelbase so it can wheel with the best of them. If you are a family guy though you may need more seats.... Ill worry about that when the time comes
P.S. I also went with a bigger lift, and good or bad everyone notices you in a big regular cab truck
