Cam sensor problem
I have a 7.3 diesel Excursion with 131,000 miles on it. At about 55,000 miles I had the cam sensor go bad, the vehicle just stopped. I am now having a problem with the engine stuttering or quitting completely, the engine will restart within a minute or two. Has anyone had this problem?

You might want to post this in the 7.3 engine forum where there is a lot of diesel know-how.
Very likely your cam position sensor is acting up again. Fortunately they are easy to replace.
