jsut was looking at the pic and i still dont like how small the bumper looks but tell me that thing wouldnt look mean as hell with an aftermarket bumper?
My 08 arrives in March as well. Considering the larger wheel wells can I fit 37's without a lift? Eventually a DR lift will go on once R+D is done.

Warranty will vary by dealer. If they can prove that the lift and tires caused a problem, they may not cover it.
As far as ride, it rides as good or better than stock, IMO.
I'll see what I can do as far as pics...the trucks are already gone though. And DR , is working quick on making the pieces to make these kits a true bolt on deal soon.
Nice truck!! I really dig the tires. They look very aggressive. I usually prefer a little more sidewall though. Call me old fashioned, but I don't get the larger diameter wheels. What's wrong with 15"?

Well actually...15" wheels would not fit over the brakes. That is really one of the BIGGEST reasons for the 17" and 18" wheels on 1/2 tons. They are installing larger brakes as OEM equipment. Which is a good thing...IMO.
Now for the SD's...same reason there...larger brakes.

I hadn't really thought about the brakes, but now it makes a little more sense to have 17" or 18". I'm still not convinced that there is any benefit to having larger than that. I have 16" wheels on my truck and the brakes look massive. I can't imagine on having brakes big enough to require 20" or larger. I understand that a lower profile tire will have more stability during high speed maneuvers but a 4x4 F350 is a bit too top heavy for that anyway.
