Here are a bunch of pics of what I did for my truck, it's a single system with 2-1/2" mendrel bent tubing cut and welded by me. There are two different sets of headers pictured, some old Flowtechs that fit really nicely and the new Flowtechs that don't fit at all. The Y pipe was modified for the new headers and the muffler changed position to reduce in-cab droning. New Exhaust - a set on Flickr
