MLPS connector swap question

I've pulled the red plastic insert but I am lost on the next step about inserting a small screwdriver into the connector body. I don't see the tab I'm supposed to release. Does each wire come out individually or do they come out together ?

What type of connectors are these? There are two types widely used-plastic tab holds in the wire terminal or the terminal has prongs on it that hold it in the housing. Sometimes the tabs will be accessable from the front of the connector and sometimes they be from the back side where the wire goes into the harness end.

I figured it out. All 89-94 E40D MLPS's are replaced with a 95' MLPS. There are two type different connectors, a one tab and a two tab. The new MLPS comes with what I thought would work as an adapter to match my wiring harness up with the connector on the new MLPS. It's not an adapter it's the actual connector. All the wires need to be pulled out of the old connector and pushed into the new one. It was a lot easier than I thought it would be since the wires had metal connectors attached to the ends and snapped into place inside the body of the new connector. The only trouble I had was not knowing where the locking tab was inside the connector to get the wires out. The tabs are plastic and about half an inch into the connector towards the middle for both rows of wires.
