radiator core support bushing removal question

the bushings are shot on my 93 f150. I got the top nuts off but cannot remove the bolt from the underside. Ive searched this and consensus is to cut the bolt off. How do I cut the bolt out without ruining the threaded metal insert within the old bushing? The poly kit I bought from energy suspension didnt come with new metal inserts. Do I need to reuse the old metal insert and whats the best way to cut the old bolt out? Thanks
