From the FAQ at the top of the FE forum page:
Q: What are the bore and stroke measurements for all FE engines?

A: 332 = 4.00" X 3.30"

352 = 4.00" X 3.50"

360 = 4.05" X 3.50"

390 = 4.05" X 3.784"

406 = 4.13" X 3.784"

410 = 4.05" X 3.984"

427 = 4.23" X 3.784"

428 = 4.13" X 3.984"

If you are pretty sure about the bore measurement, it looks like a 352.

EDIT: WELCOME TO FTE!!!

It looks like a 352 block if your bore measurements are correct. Date code 7A25 is 67/Jan/25th. The block can go to a 390+ bore no problem. On ther crank look for a 2U,2T type of number. That will help but if your correct on the 3.50 stroke it's a 352/360 stroke crank. Those are short rods and I vaguely remember something about those and 390 slugs in 352's or 360's. Can't place it right now...too early. LOL But I'll think of it. Also 390 pistons would not jive with your bore measurements. So double check that The 352 on the front of the block is just a foundry identifier and common to lots of FE/FT blocks. The C6ME casting number is generic and used on different bore blocks.

If I'm correct, the 390 4V pistons are the same as 360 pistons. I thought the 352 was on all the earlier FE blocks, before the mirror 105 blocks used in the 70's. I would guess this is just a 360, but it really doesn't make any sense that it would have 390 length rods, and 4.025 which was never an FE bore......could be a bored 352 block...who knows, recheck and make sure the bore is 4.025"....cuz that's the one that really throws me off.

well 6.75 is neither rod length, 6.48 and 6.54 are it. 360 and 390 pistons are for 4.050 bore and won't work in a 352 unless it has bores to 360 spec in which case it would be a 360 for all practical purposes.

the stuff doesn't add up because the c6ae-c rod is 6.48, 352's and 360's came with the longer 6.54 inch rod. Not to mention the piston problem.
You might want to double check those measurements and get that crank casting.
