Theoretically, yes it does! but it's in Iowa, where they use as much salt as they do fertilizer, and that grille looks like the screen door off Grandma's porch. Rocket powered, tho!

 

It's about four hours from me. I would like to get it. I think the village I live in would really like it if I would park it out front.
