When I was trying to pick a cam for my build, I modeled hundreds of cams in Desktop Dyno. I found that the cams similar to those on this list produced the broadest powerband. Once you go to longer duration cams than these the powerband starts to shift upwards. The motor may actually produce higher peak torque, but it's softer under 2500rpm. So for max low rpm torque production I pick the same cam for SD or MAF. If you want to build max HP up at 5500rpm+ I don't have a suggestion for you because I haven't explored it and because the factory heads and intake are not suited to that at all and would need to be replaced.
