New ball joints

Finally finished them PITA ball joints. I guess it could have been worse. If I would have realized that I needed to pull the axle out instead of push it in. It would have been faster, and cheaper. Well the bright side is I know iI have new seals and they shouldnt leak for a while. I looked up past experiences and some pointers from the site and I would like to say thanks to all who have left the valuable information contained on this site!!

I know the feeling, I did mine a couple weeks ago and I must say that the second side went much faster then the first. Must be something about a learning curve. Were you able to leave the upper grease fitting in? Mine was hitting on the u-joint so I plan to only install it whe its time to service them.

Ditto on the help from the forum.

I got a straight to stay but I wish the 90 would have fit. I tried both sides at the same time. LOL Just depended where the sun was I wanted to be on the other side. Went together really quick though since I had replaced the hubs already, once it got to that point I could just coast.

Same here, but I couldn't get my grease gun to work on them so I took them back off and put the plugs in.
